If you want people that don’t care about your time or schedule hire them. They take forever and were two hours late. Not a serious company. Not recommend them. They threw off my whole moving day. Of course they charge by the hour! But how unprofessional behavior. Oh, I forgot and rude!

I’ve moved every 2-3 years and these were the worst movers I’ve ever hired. They were slow and took MUCH longer than they needed to. The total job time for our move the last two times has been 5.5 hours and 5.0 hours flat, both with a crew of two men based on my previous records. We’ve since downsized to a 2 bedroom and had moved all but our largest furniture. My expectation had been that with less than half of our belongings to be moved, they should take less than 5 hours.

I used these guys about a year ago but was afraid to write a review at the time. I was charged three times the quoted amount and the movers moved like snails. Everytime the took my moving bends to the truck they took a break and so they kept running up the hours. In addition they were kind of mean and scary so at the end after doig a horrible job they extorted a big tip out of me.

Once we got rid of all of the boxes, we noticed that it wasn’t only one piece of forniture that broke. Two bookshelves were broken and part of the wooden floor has been badly damaged. I wouldn’t have minded if I weren’t forced to pay extra for the insurance and for a lot of wrapping materials. The way to get a reimbursement is to send a mail (yes, not an email!) with pictures (printed pictures?!?!) to their office.

It’s the worst company ever and they ripped me off. First of all they are very slow and taking their sweet time, imagine 3 guys took them more than 15 minutes to find out how to take out a piece of furniture plus they don’t have tools, the funny part we provide them tools and asked one of the guys why you don’t have your own tools, said my company doesn’t want to spend money 😡 Seriously you are charging thousands of dollars and don’t want to spend a couple hundred dollars to provide your employees with tools???

I had really bad experience with this company. During moving they lost a box with our belongings and did not want to acknowledge this. No compensation was offered and even apology. Besides they added to the final bill $76 for parking ticket they received since they did not have a valid permit to work in West Hollywood. I was told this was a company policy to charge customers for parking tickets, but they did not inform me about this policy in advance, just after the fact.

Don't use this company if you value your belongings. They take their sweet time packing and wrapping to charge as much hourly as possible. A simple 2 bedroom moved took almost 14 hours. They are unprofessional, rude and have zero remorse when destroying your property. I beleive that speak an Eastern European language.. and pretend they don't speak English until it's time to pay... Never again with this company.

The pricing is a bit sneaky: they advertise a low hourly rate, but that doesn’t include the automatic $85 “service fee.” Also, they use a ton of shrink wrap and charge $70 a roll for it. While the movers were punctual, they moved extremely slowly stretching a small, short move into 3.5 hours. I used Oz Moving a couple years ago, and they moved much more stuff in exactly 3 hours.
