EXTREMELY unprofessional we live in the Redondo Beach area we hired this company to help us with our move. At arrival I noticed it was leaking a lot of gasoline it seemed very skittish, the driver was driving erratically and gas was spilling profusely out of the gas tank onto the street that was RED FLAG number ONE.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! By far the worst moving experience of my life. This company was subcontracted by American van lines to fulfil our contract with AVL. To make a very long story short, we were verbally promised delivery within 7-10 days, latest was July 10th, of the pick up date. That did not happen. They even blew past the 20 day delivery window in the contract. Our delivery did not show up until July 27th.
DO NOT USE SOS MOVING. These people are incompetent and refuse to take responsibility for their failed services. This has been an extremely disappointing experience. They damaged our original 1940's hardwood floors during the move and have refused to accept responsibility or even acknowledge the damage they have caused. We reported the issue promptly and attempted to work with the company in good faith.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They damaged our sofa, mattress box, walls, floors, etc. They dumped trash upon leaving. They took a detour to McDonalds and added it to our time. The company is refusing to provide their insurance information and cover damages. They are also saying the drivers are allowed to take any detour and any break they would like and it would count as our time. The most unethical company I have ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ilbert and his crew were amazing! I needed to pack and move my 2-bedroom apartment so I hired 4 movers from SOS. Ilbert was communicative, prompt, and easy to work with. They worked efficiently moving my things from a 2-story, without a scratch. No wasting time, and very careful with my furniture and belongings. Very happy with this service, especially considering the hourly rate. I paid cash so I saved a few buck on the fees.

I cannot recommend Ilbert and his team from SOS Moving highly enough! From start to finish, they made my move completely stress-free.
