If I could do zero reviews I would. I initially did a quote on 2/19/2025. I requested to have my items picked up at 43219, OH on 3/13/2025 and have them dropped off at 40422, KY on 3/14/2025. I received a call on 3/11/2025 to confirm items to be picked up and was told that I was gonna receive a call the day before.
Dear Ms./Mrs. Riegel, There has been an error and we need to let you know that we are NOT the company you used for your move. Please check your records (contacts, paperwork, payment receipts, etc.) You are welcome to call our office ([phone removed] if we can be of any help to verify this further…
Giving 1 star because it won’t let me choose zero. This company lies about the cost of moving, makes worthless promises and you’re lucky to get someone to call you back. They work with a 3rd party company that you cannot reach as well. I was told my belongings would be here between 5-12 days, the 12th day was on September 1st! I’m now fighting to get my stuff back! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Hello Nichole, Your review has been erroneously posted for our company in Dayton, Ohio. Looking at your other reviews, it appears you reside in Texas. We only operate in the state of Ohio.
Booked them for a move on January 31st. Spoke to them a week before confirmed it all. Was supposed to start at 2 pm. 2:30 rolls around, started calling our contact never picked up or called back. Booked through u haul, avoid at all costs

In their own words
I can’t say enough great things about Advantage Movers! From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch. The team was extremely professional, right on time, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. A huge shoutout to Mike, Austin, and Ryan — these guys were incredible. They handled our furniture with so much care, making sure everything was properly protected and moved without a single issue.
My husband and I are blown away at our experience with this company. Mike, Jacob, and Austin were so wonderful to work with. They did an excellent job moving us from Bellbrook to Oregonia. I have zero complaints. They were thorough and didn’t cut a single corner. They even placed felt pads on the bottoms of our table and chairs, as well as our gun safe (which they also moved for us, down a flight of stairs!!) and then left us the remainder of the felt pads to use as we move furniture around and get settled.
We moved a couple of weeks ago and used Advantage Movers. Originally we were going to use two men and a truck but they quoted us a really high price so I decided to look around and went with advantage. They were absolutely amazing! They arrived right on time, got all of our stuff on one truck, and easily moved everything out and into the new place with no issues whatsoever. They got the job done in an hour and a half when we were quoted 6 hours from the other place.
I don’t see how anyone could be disappointed in the service one would receive from Mike and his crew! They are meticulous with ensuring they have a plan for the move and it is agreeable and meets your needs as the customer. We had a very large and VERY heavy bar that we had built for our wedding and Mike and his crew assured us we would be in great hands with getting it safely moved down into our basement.
