Slow moved to the house we moved to so the rate was jacked up. Damaged a dresser and advised someone would contact us. Never heard anything. Would not recommend.

Let me start off by saying I was more than a little bit nervous using a moving company.Because i've never used one before personally. What helped alleviate my worries was that they were in constant communication and arrived promptly on time. The fellas didn't mess around. They got down to business, and they were all very friendly and knew what they were doing. They've knocked out the complete move,two hours earlier than was projected.

Our move was excellent start to finish! James and Steve texted when they were on their way and arrived when expected. They were a powerhouse team through the move and took care with all items, wrapped all appropriately, and were friendly faces throughout the morning. I feel like billing concerns are on a lot of these reviews for movers, and I will say all was as quoted and no surprise fees or anything like that. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them for future moves!

Joe & Nate and the owner are simply the best. They listened to what I needed and rose to the occassion and helped me out in a tough situation. My first mover left my basement and garage items behind because they had no roomon the truck. And then they were going to charge almost as much again to move the remaining contents 890 miles (I know most of the cost of moving interstate is in the miles) but ouch it hurts to pay twice.

If you’re looking for a professional, quick, friendly, clean moving crew in Cincinnati — look no further. I would never go anywhere else for a move — DOW is the most professional and hard working crew I have ever seen. We were relatively prepared but even with a few HOA board members and slow elevators, they completed our entire move (30+ boxes, 2 bedrooms worth of furniture) in less than the quoted time. Their prices are the most fair of any moving company I have seen or been quoted.
