The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

Don't know if their movers are any good but based on my experience recently their office staff is not.😕 Inquired via their site contact form (twice) recently about a move we are considering (including specific details) and received NO reply. Not my idea of a positive first impression or encouraging beginning to this process. WHY is it becoming next to impossible to find reliable, responsive moving companies now? I'm hearing many similar experiences from other people too. These companies are WELL paid overall.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I couldn't be more pleased with Tim and Matt for the fine work they did for me this morning moving a rather large piano out of a basement, across town, and up more stairs into my living room. They were punctual and friendly, often joking around with each other - which made the experience much more fun and light hearted, but most importantly they overcame a major obstacle in being 1 man short and still made the move happen.
There were three young men moving us and they were freakin awesom!!!! They moved with purpose, no fooling around and were very helpful unloading in that they put stuff where ever we wanted it. These guys are amazing and very reasonable price wise. Gail & Don Lowe
This company was very professional and made my move across Alberta easy for me. Ed (the driver) was the epitome of a professional mover. He treated all my belongings as though they were his own and went over and above his role. He set up all my large belongings and had a great eye for the space required! He arrived exactly when he said he would from day 1 to day 4 which minimized unwanted hotel costs and really made the move as stress free as possible. I would recommend this company and this driver to anyone!
We've hired movers a number of times over the years and this was our second move with Advantage. I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism. They are miles above their competitors. …
