I have to change previous review. This is not a secure facility. Main doors haven’t functioned in at least a year. In 3 years rent has gone from $105 to $156 and they fix nothing. They are impossible to contact and only allow auto withdraw. They will not process any over or underpayment. My door has never stayed taller than me and I’m 5’ 2”!

Rate went up because the girl in front office said cube smart has changed the name? You must purchase insurance, yet it doesn't cover flood damage, but it's right next to a local creek known to rise and spillover during summer storms...Ridiculous!!!
I have never left a review on a company before, but felt like I needed to for this company. Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. There are no maps or signs so you basically have to guess where to go and the elevator in bay 2 never worked during the couple of months that I rented there. They say they are a clean facility, but there are dead bugs, mice, and stains everywhere in the building. Rent also goes up frequently with hardly any warning.

I honestly wish I could give a better review I used affordable family storage 4 times in the last 7 years I was very pleased with the first 3 times using the place. I was welcomed professionally and it was very clean and a comfortable experience. Unfortunately this last 4th time visiting to get a unit I didn't feel very welcomed by the gentleman at the counter, or was completely comfortable with my belongings.
They keep raising the rent on the units. I got this unit when it was originally 117$ an month which is still rather high, but the location was convenient. Now the rent has raised astronomically since I've had this unit since 2019 to 149$ a month. Completely outrageous. There are several units in the area that rent out for about 80-100$ a month, SAVE YOUR MONEY, there are much CHEAPER options with the same temperature controlled environments.

I've sent two messages and a voicemail over the past week regarding an upcoming 20% rate increase, but haven't heard back. If you're looking around for a storage unit, the rates elsewhere are much more reasonable. Plus, this company no longer appears to provide customer service.

No signs telling us where to go. Luckily we saw people leaving and they showed us what door to use. But didn't have the code for that door. Finally got in but no lock was in our welcome bag. No one in the office and 3 hours later still waiting for a return call.
I have never rented a storage unit before so I didn't know what to expect. Very friendly and helpful when I first rented the storage unit, but good luck cancelling it. I work during the hours they are open so was only able to contact them …

Rented a unit for a few years. Never had any problems. Nothing ever stolen, which has happened to me at other places. No rodents or bugs. Very happy to do business with you. Everyone I have ever talked to was always very friendly and helpful.
