Would not recommend rented 3 units too store all my stuff while I waited too close on house and when we went too get our stuff everything that was on ground was ruined because the units had water running in underneath when we brought it too manager too file claim he said they had problems with water when they were built but claim was denied because they said water came in from bottom not top so now I'm out thousands of dollars because I had too replace all furniture

I have only had my unit a little over a month and this is the THIRD time AND I MEAN THIRD TIME i couldnt get in. First 2 times being that the gate just wouldn't open for a couple days each time with no one to get in contact with. I have less than 2 weeks left for my rental and I can't get my stuff out fast enough to not have to pay A WHOLE other month. UPDATE: I've never ever had to deal with bugs or mice in a unit before this one. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I'm completely mortified.

Apparently they allow people to sleep in their units. Went to drop something off and the unit behind us had someone in it watching TV. The unit across from there was a truck and trailer parked and all doors on units were closed, then all of a sudden a guy opened the door on his unit and acted like he was messing with a tool box. When I looked over he had a power cord running to the unit.

Rented my unit in 2020 for $55 a month when it was Island storage. Then Lockbox Storage took over. They raised my rent immediately and forced me to get insurance on the unit as well. Then they continued to raise the rent every few months for no clear reason at all. By this year, I was paying $85 for the same exact unit. Never using this company again.

I got a bill from a collections agent after a zero balance email after canceling my account here for an infestation of cockroaches so I would like an explanation on why I had a zero balance email and then a bill sent to collections. I would like to know what upper management I need to speak to regarding this situation before I pursue further action.

I don't i am really confused about reviews on year. management was nice enough but wow three units, mice poop everywhere. weird that no one has said anything about this odd, new place, but mice infestation here.

The gates been broke for like 4 weeks, all of april. Theres also a ton of tweakers living in the units, nothing but vagabonds in and out due to the gate being broke. Thumbs down! …

Honestly, this place is great. The service is super solid, and the person who helped me out was so nice and went out of their way to be helpful. I was worried the sign-up would be a headache, but the contract was done in no time with zero issues. Everything has been perfect so far. Definitely glad I chose this spot
