Very disappointed in these people. Had a move lined up for a month. Didn't show up, didn't call. Called them about it . Didn't have a reason or excuse. Said they were busy and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend. No stars from me.
Hi Mark. I’m sorry for just getting to this. I didn’t have access to any accounts of mine. I went through a pretty rough ordeal that was out of my hands. Now in the 5 years we’ve been in existence I’ve only missed about 4 moves. You just happened to be one of them.
If you're smart you will not use them at all. I did and they broke a bunch of my furniture scratched a lot of stuff and took a lot of break so they could milk the clock. I spoke with the owner personally and everything he told me in the pictures he sent me about himself was absolutely horrible. If you're smart use Two Men and a Truck they're awesome and they didn't charge me near what this guy did.

The manager gave a quote, winded up charging double the price. The manager was rude and wouldn't even dicuss the situation. Shady, he wanted cash, didnt want a check, really, maybe the IRS should check out this guy. HIGHER ANOTHER COMPANY.
We did EXACTLY as we said we would. You just dont want to pay. It’s very discouraging that someone can just leave a bad review cause they dont want to pay. You’re clearly the shady one here. You even said we did a great job, Don’t slander our business mam!!!
I was verbally assaulted by Scott, who accused of being on medicaid and losing my house just because i didn't want to spend 8 hours moving. Devonte is a solid hard worker who constantly worked. For some reason scott got an attitude and was yelling and cussing at me at my new residence and told me to stay off the truck. I called brad who proceeded to tell me i was the problem and why did i call them to begin with.
Angie, you said you’ve used us 3-4 times. You didn’t! I could see clearly from the beginning you were an issue! I went along and did what I thought was right and got bit! Scott has never had anything but great reply’s. He could see through you was all.
After reading Brad's response to negative reviews his response is always "don't slander our business and you owe me money"....neither of which is true. The truck arrived an hour late and it was a little box truck. I scheduled my move a month prior for a 3 bedroom home and was told there was some emergency move that came up that day and they had to give my truck to that move. The wonderful movers had to make 3 trips to load and unload and it's 18 minutes to and from.
Lori I was willing to shave off two hours of work. The $860 you offered was a slap in the face. Our price at $1860 was cheap if you would’ve hired someone else. My advice is if you can’t pay for it don’t call for the service. I’ll be at your place to get what you still owe Thanks.
The owner was supposed to come give me an estimate. Always an excuse. Told my best friends that a 1 bedroom apartment would be around $300? They even told him I'm on social security. Having had 2 brain surgeries to live. After my landlord stalked me for 6 months.Than tried to murder me. The owner knew I was on benefits.When it came time to pay.He charged me $600! I knew then he didn't come to give me an estimate on purpose! I'm sure he does this to all people. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

Scheduled for them to show up at 9am and no one showed. I was told they would call the day before and they didn’t. I tried calling and left a message just to make sure they were coming. The day of moving I tried calling and it went straight to voicemail on both phones. No one called or showed. I had to call around and find last minute movers.
Kelly I’m sorry we left you high and dry. I had a family emergency and thought I was able to leave town and still meet all your needs. If you are still needing to be moved, I would be happy to do it at half the cost. Please contact us if we can help you out in any way.
Do NOT hire this company unless you enjoy condescending and rude people that appear to have a substance abuse problem dropping and throwing your belongings. Have a picture of one of them standing on boxes in the truck. One man screamed obscenities in a senior apartment complex causing complaints and fear in multiple tenents.
Rebecca, I’m sorry you had this experience with us. I’d like to inform you, those employees are no longer with us and we have a great crew running for us. I hope you would consider us in the future. I’m sure you wouldn’t feel the same. Thank you for your input.

We moved from a 3rd floor apartment into a split level home. Brad and Chris were prompt and went straight to work on arrival. As their name states they were very "quick and careful". I thought for sure all those stairs would kill them, but they kept an incredible pace the whole time and I didn't hear any complaints. Honestly they were ahhhmazing! Even during unloading they were great at putting the marked boxes into the corresponding rooms. I highly recommend and a great price in comparison to the competition.

I had talked with Brad to make this arrangement, and while I was expecting just 2 gentlemen, we had thankfully had 3 on hand. Not only did they work tirelessly, they adapted to what ended up being a 2-truck job with a single one. Moving is a chore. Christian, DelVonte and Scott managed to make this an easy one for us. All three were dedicated to working in tandem, each alternating and communicating what needs to go and where.

Had some issues with the owner not coming to properly assess how much we had, though I tried to list and describe over the phone and he even said at that time that he could tell just from how much I was listing off that it was going to be a big move. Was later told he was assuming based on the typical houses in the neighborhood (which ours was not exactly typical) and should have come to see before deciding how much time and truck space needed for us.
