In their own words
Very unprofessional. Left doors & gates open even after I specified not to do so. My dog got out and I had to chase him down. When I got back a few minutes later the movers were gone. I do not recommend.
We always ask that all pets are secured in a cage or spare room so incidents like this does not happen. We do apologize we didn't know your dog got loose.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Amanda and her crew were very nice and helpful. Randy and the other guys handled my things with care and didn’t rush and still finished at the time that was set. I would recommend her company with no problem to whomever needs a moving service.
