Movers showed up late and when they did they showed up with a dirty moving truck with garbage lawn mowers and holes and oil throughout the truck. Before I noticed they already had moved my mattress in there and stained it. After addressing the issue I fired them. The “boss”or “manager “ (Tony) declined a refund for the down payment that was put down days prior. I highly recommend to find another company this doesn’t happen to you !
This was a horrible experience the man answered the phone very aggressively by the way I'm a lady. I saw on the ad $30 to load and unload he was very irritated by the question for who knows what and proceed to tell me not to play with him what he look like taking my things to one place to another for the price the ad said without explaining distance and cost he proceed to tell me he is a gangster and repeated my moving address to me saying hes a real gangster and how hell kill me...
Im not sure who you think i am . I will nevat say unprofessional things to my customer. I never been in a gang or not the type to say I will kill you . you must have me mixed up with A plus fordable movers . I been provide good services for my customers for years .
booked to have my truck unloaded, was told the movers would be here at the agreed time. that time came and went and i received not one phone call or text for 2.5 hours. i eventually received a phone call from the owner that afternoon at 2:20pm (it was a monday) claiming he overslept.
Unfortunately they did not show up at our agreed-upon time so my husband and I ended up doing all the work. We were exhausted! They did come by hours later to try to help us move the treadmill but it didn't fit the stairwell. Very nice men, …

Tony and Tommy and Cedric did a sensational job on our move today. They were courteous and respectful, and handled our property carefully. The price was reasonable and they worked at a good pace while still being careful. I would use these movers again.
