Hopefully someone else will see all these terrible reviews and either buy moving insurance (didn't know that was a thing) or just not use this company, I would recommend the latter. They stole a bookcase, broke my desk, scratched up several pieces of furniture (couch, china cabinet, crib), damaged doorframes, damaged walls, damaged chair rails, damaged my refrigerator to where we can't even use a door (French door style), and then overcharged us for time because they took 4x as long to get to the new address and…
I was upset when I was driving after the move but once we get into the truck to unpack - I was beyond upset. We were charged for all these materials but yet not everything was wrapped. My bed wasn’t wrapped my washer and dryer wasn’t wrapped. All these frames and this decor wasn’t wrapped. This is a 5 star service?!?! - this is the reality of your moving service - if I would have known it was going to be anything like this I would have gone else where. $1800 for this?!?
I’m leaving a review after helping someone in my family move this past weekend. We were told the movers would be there in the morning, they didn’t show up until 2 PM or so. So far, okay no big deal. The movers show up and were completely unprofessional, asking too many personal questions and suspiciously nice to a female member of the family. Making jokes the whole time, asking US to help them with tasks that are clearly part of their moving duties. Still, so far… alright I guess.
We are deeply disappointed that we have failed to exceed your expectations while using our move services, and we extend our heartfelt apologies, Pedro. Providing exceptional service has always been at the core of our mission.
I don’t believe for a minute that the average review rating is a 4.6 after how they have treated me and my stuff. Back in June the moved me in town just 10 minutes away to the new house. There were 5 guys that showed up. Things started ok, but I soon noticed the haste and seemingly careless behavior of some. I made notice to the lead man and he attempted to rein them in. I was constantly reminding them to watch as to not scratch the floors and not bump the walls.

Under no circumstance, hire this company to move your precious items. 5 days prior to my move I received a text from them, stating that they will be arriving on the schedule date between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. On the schedule date 2 hours prior to get everything ready and when the scheduled time came nobody showed up. I started making phone calls for the better parts of 2 and 1/2 hours and then I received a phone call that they were heading to pick up the truck.

I hired a two-man team to move my house, local move, 30 minute drive. It did not go as well as I had hoped, to say the least. During the booking process, they don't educate you well At All about their labor-intensive process, nor the fees that are over and above the "cost per hour" that they quote you, which include a +14% fuel cost, and the cost of material you didn't know they were going to require. Their process is very labor intensive. It requires that each and every piece of furniture be shrink wrapped!

My name is Josh Sohl. It was not the best experience. Moved in on 04/06/2019. Had to have four items (a couch, bed, TV and stand) moved and stored for a couple of weeks as I had to move out and my new place would not be available till April 6. Was informed from Jason that the storage would only cost $50 (this was not noted on my final bill). And the cost to move from was about $400 and the move to was about $430 adding to a grand total of $830. Seems pretty high for a just a move to and from for 4 items.
I would not recommend All My Sons to anyone looking for a moving company. My wife and I were moving from an apartment to a house, and the movers proceeded to put every piece of furniture they could on a dolly and drag it down the apartment stairs. This resulted in my dresser being completely destroyed (the guy told me it just fell apart and I could probably super glue it back together) and I had to reassemble my wife's dresser as they had torn screws out of it.

From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, and stress-free — exactly what you hope for when moving. The real stars of the day were Britton and his partner (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). These two were absolutely outstanding! My wife and I moved using an Arkansas based team for about an hour move. Our movers were Cedric , Marcus and one other guy whom name we forgot . Really had no issue , super professional and helpful throughout the whole time and dealt with moving up 3 flights on a pretty warm day with no issues . Cedric help with a fair price in the end and had no real issues and all a good experience. Will definitely consider using All My son’s in the future.

All my sons was by far the best experience I’ve had with a moving company. Every aspect of the process was handled well from the scheduling, follow up calls from management, to the move itself. Kyle, Derius, and Kai were great! They moved quickly and precise. They communicated the process well, handled my items with care and was very respectful of my time. I will be using this company in the future and requesting the same team over movers!

I had what I will call a “short” long move! A couple of hours but with a lot of complex steps…storage stops and pickups from multiple locations, etc. It was a bit like Tetris! As luck would have it, I came down, and I mean DOWN, with the flu the day before my scheduled move. Jian and everyone could not have been more kind about allowing me to move my date to today. All of the folks I spoke with pre-move were well trained, professional, and flexible.
