I was not able to get my propery out of the place even when I told them my propery was stolen I was treated rude and had to pay the rent on a unit that i could not access so I would not lose My stuff. It's still being held hostage in a unit . And I can't get any thing out of it. Help .

Amber made my experience quick and painless. She has great customer service skills! So I'll definitely utilize this company whenever I need storage space again. Update: Be careful when renting from these people. Shana will charge your card without asking what amount you're wanting to pay like she did me and then argue with you about what you supposedly agreed to paying. Then they'll charge you for fees you NEVER agreed to pay and then turn around and say that you've paid the fee on a date that you didn't!

UNPROFESSIONAL Went to Modern Storage for an auction today 10/20/2017. The 1st photo is how the employee from Modern Storage completely ignored other bidders. Never spoke,never even looked at us. Very rude & inconsiderate of other bidders. 2nd photo is After auction you can see who his friend is. WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!
Avoid this place! I'm amazed at that this really has a 4.8 rating. The young man at the counter is going cause this business to close. I won't go into detail because honestly the manager resolved my issue, but let's just say the initial customer service I received was absolutely ridiculous.

I am here at the gate at 730 am and the key code entry doesn’t work. I have everything set to autopay so that isn’t the issue and the gate hours are supposedly 6 am. I look forward to a refund of this months payment.
