In their own words
First of all it’s not a 17 foot truck, false advertisement. It’s a 15 foot truck. Chris and Josh was fast but since it was a smaller truck stuff got damaged. It was out of state move and Chris drove by himself. Two guys were suppose to meet him to unload. They were 40 minutes late. The 2 that finally showed up were slow and seemed to be high on something. I called Frank and shared my concerns. He said he would get back with me but didn’t. Very unprofessional…
I did not have a great experience working with this company. I called a few days before the move to explain what we have and ask whether the truck size I reserved was right. The person scheduling told me the size of the truck I reserved was fine. He also told me the movers would work until the job was finished either way. On the day of the move, the movers did not show up at the scheduled time, so I called the company to check. The person scheduling (Frank) told me he would check on the status and call me back.
Hello Christin Duran, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience and challenges you experienced during your move. This is not the level of service we strive to provide to our customers.
The moving of our furniture went okay. Unfortunately they left huge ruts in my neighbor’s yard with the moving truck. I brought this to their attention right away and was told it would be fixed. That was two months ago and not only has nothing been done but I cannot get a reply from voicemails or texts. I was told the contact information is the owner. Extremely disappointing that someone would handle their business this way.

In their own words
Wonderful experience with Affordable Movers!! Not only did Zack & Deshawn have great funny personalities, they were polite and respectful! They were on time, handled all the items with care, used moving blankets, disassembled and reassembled when needed and moved quickly & efficiently!! Great at playing Tetris while loading that truck too ;)
I can't recommend this company enough. My team was Chris, Josh, and Avery, and they were amazing. SO kind, respectful, and best part of all- SUPER fast and efficient, while still being very conscious of and gentle with all of my belongings. Another thing I loved about them is that they were so positive, it felt like they enjoyed what they were doing, and this made me feel very comfortable. I was their second job for the day, and at my apartment I was moving out of, they had to carry everything UP stairs.
Josh and Jake did an awesome job and came in under budget. Everything was moved safely and professionally. Highly recommended
I had a great experience with Affordable Movers! From start to finish, the team was incredibly fast, efficient, and professional. They showed up right on time, got straight to work, and handled everything with care. What really stood out to me was how smoothly everything went—they had a clear system and worked together like a well-oiled machine, which made the whole process stress-free. Another huge plus was the pricing.
