In posting this review after my email to the company went ignored for a week. On Oct 9, 2023 Steve and his helpers showed up. We explained how far the move was, we explained that the PODs associate suggested strongly that we strap at regular intervals to ensure the "walls" of boxes stayed in place. When I relayed this to Steve he blew me off. Now, he may very well be right, we may not need the straps, but I have them, and I'm a better safe than sorry kind of person. He never used them.
The lead guy and driver reakede of alcohol and had the wrong size truck so they had to make two trips. Several items damaged and office staff and management never followed up on making any resolution to the problems that occurred.
Used this company two time last year, had a small problem with them on the last move however decided to use them again on this move. I texted them Wednesday and asked if they had availability on Thursday they told me they did and asked if I …
Thank you for your review, Tiffany. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstandings we may have had, however we do feel the need to explain ourselves. On the past two moves we were able to help you on last minute notice, but please understand that this can not happen ALL the time.
Movers themselves were great. Very friendly and efficient. The customer service on the other hand left me wanting and was pretty unresponsive. Took forever and a year to send a simple invoice.

Great crew! Steve, Sam, Bryan, and Alejandro were awesome! Professional and very careful with my items. They were very efficient, will def use them in the future! Also they are very affordable compared to other companies in the area!
On time, fair rate, hard workers, good service, everything you want in a mover, will use again
We hired A.R.M.S. to pack and load two 16 ft. PODS for our cross-country move. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Steve and his team did an excellent job. They worked quickly, packed tightly, and handled everything with care. We were amazed at how efficiently they used space. They even effortlessly loaded and secured a heavy antique safe—one that other movers refused to handle. We are very impressed with how skillfully they packed and secured the PODS.
We had an amazing experience with this moving company! The crew was incredibly kind, professional, and hardworking from the moment they arrived. They worked so quickly and efficiently, but never sacrificed care when handling our belongings. Everything was treated with respect, and they made what could have been a very stressful day feel easy. Their positive attitudes and friendly personalities made such a difference. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really showed throughout the entire move.
