Do not hire Dignity Movers. I give them 1 star for showing up. Their crew damaged several items of furniture and broke a desk beyond repair which they offered to fix. When I contacted the owner, Daniel the night of the move in Day and showed him photos of the damage he offered a 50% refund for their carelessness. He also stated they didn't have someone to repair my desk, rather they would try to fix with wood glue. I asked him to just return it which they did the following day.

Move started off good, but about an hour or hour and a half into it one of the crew members seemed to slack off for the rest of the move running the clock on what was quoted to have been a max of 5 hours to 7 hours (2 bedroom apartment with minimal furniture and no appliances to move). Correction: Upon attempting to unpack, we found that the guys had placed mismatched items together (a suit jacket in the same box as a lamp, artwork, and guitar strings, for example), and were careless with protecting items. They labeled nothing. Printer??? Who knows where that ended up? Looking for books from the office area? Maybe they’re in a box with the kitchen blender, a pair of shoes, and the bathroom scale. Total chaos and not organized at all. They were fast, I’ll give them that.

I wouldn’t recommend Mentors Moving to my worst enemy. They broke or damaged many of our items and lost boxes completely. Their packing job was so subpar which then resulted in damaged or ruined items. Even after purchasing the extra upgraded insurance, we received pennies on the dollar to repair what they had damaged. Such a nightmare, buyer beware and go with another mover!

Absolutely amazing interstate move! Luis and his moving crew in CA were incredible. David, Raoul and Luis were very polite, efficient and professional. Luis was our driver, each time they were right on time, and his crew on the CO side was as professional, courteous and efficient as well. Isaac & Victor (in Tempe) were fantastic! They are super personable and friendly. Great communication from beginning to end. Also, both of them are incredibly strong and careful in safely handling fragile, heavy, and vintage furniture. Would definitely use them again for any future moves!

12/26/24: Well... we're finally down to our moving day! Final packing today and balance of furniture loaded tomorrow. Today's crew arrived on time and ready to go. Kyle, Cesar, & Marshall packed us out with care and efficiency... and finished within their timeframe. We've had Kyle before and he is a model employee for Mentor's Moving & Storage... now that we've been introduced to Cesar and Marshall we'd rate them as outstanding, as well. 12/27/24… Again, the crew showed up on time and got right to work.

The sales representative, Blaine exceeded my expectations. From describing their services to answering questions, and rescheduling my move twice the customer service was excellent. I was also very pleased with the move, except 2 things-they propped the doors open prior to wrapping furniture in Phx high temps. The other thing was the time of the move. I ended up having a significant amount less for the movers from the estimate, but they went over by an hour.
