Was mislead when I signed up I was given a price. The price went up after six months. No one ever called me to tell me. I got the surprise on my bill statement. No one ever explained to me in the beginning the prices would go up. When I called him, I talk to Mr. *Roman the site manager. He when I asked him about the rate increase, he misled me again, and told me I was on a temporary rate. When I told him no one told me about this.

Horrible customer service. Called a couple times left messages about renting a unit. Submitted an inquiry online didn’t hear anything back. Even called another location about not hearing anything was advised management would call me and still didn’t get a call or email back. Wouldn’t recommend them due to lack of communication

I’ve been using Affordable Storage Units for almost two years now, and I can honestly say this is hands down the best place for anyone running a business or in need of a storage space. The facility is top-notch, fully gated with private security cameras, which gives you peace of mind knowing your belongings are secure. A huge shoutout to Jenny, the current manager at this location. She is incredibly professional and truly cares about her customers.

Jennifer did an amazing job answering all my questions, she has amazing customer service. Her location was very well maintained and very clean. She was very thorough with the walk through of the shop and explained everything. I will definitely recommend this location to others.
