I was communicating with IYM Bout an upcoming move, and one day they just stopped answering their phone and their voicemail wouldn't accept messages. They just disappeared and never called to let me know. They seemed like good people.
Good evening Mr Murphy. I apologize for not getting back to you in a timely manner. We were having issues with our phone service. It’s no excuse but it is what happened. I hope you were able to find a company to take care of your move. If not, please contact me. We’d be happy to help
I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that accidents can happen, and I generally don’t like to damage a business’s reputation. In fact, I almost didn’t post this. However, after my experience, I feel it’s important to share it so others can make an informed decision. I previously used this company and had a great experience, which is why I hired them again. As a Realtor, I’ve also referred multiple clients to them over the years. Unfortunately, this move was very different.
