Ashley was very informative and respectful and very friendly! She didn’t mind showing me several units even tho it was 108• outside! She took us all over the place in her golf cart and the whole experience was quick, affordable and just a pleasant experience all around. Definitely recommend to anyone needing storage!! thanks Kenny for great review! We love talking care of our customers! We appreciate referrals.
Love this place . Ive had a unit there for years and have not had any issues. The facility is always free of debris and well lit up at night and most importantly if needed ive always been able to get in contact with a staff member that is a real human and not chatbot. Which is totally amazing. 5 stars
Ashley — thank you for being with us for so many years and for noticing how clean and well-lit we keep the property. We’re especially glad you can reach a real team member when you need help. We appreciate you choosing Odessa Smart Storage.
