Worst movers LOOK ELSEWHERE. They also list themselves as cochrane movers. Slow and up sold on an extra mover the day before. Massive under quote. Disorganized and asked for a brake after a hour with 3 movers. I have one thing I cared about antique table and I told the movers and receptionist multiple times to be very careful with it. They broke the table. The invoice was wrong. They over charged them refunded without communicating with me.
The absolute WORST moving experience of my life! I hired LOCAL AIRDRIE MOVING INC. It took 5 of their "team" to pack the contents of 2 storage units into a 5 tonne truck and a Uhaul over 8 hours! Then at the delivery point, which was 17 minutes away, informed me that the bill was going to be double what they quoted me. I was alone with a young child at the time, and I had no money left after giving them over $2000.
Driver began to photograph my entire house jacked the estimate by 1000 I was paying and hourly rate anyway but showed up with a extra guy anyway which i paid as well lost numerous items that if it was a set only 3/4 things made it t including my Tesla 4th tire and rim also two of the movers asked if they could have my apple lap top it was awkward and I had to decline but that went missing as well they also didn’t aplky my 250 deposit toward the almost 3k bill and when I called the next day then detailed bill uses…
I received a written quote in mid February for an urgent move to get my kids home before the shutdown hit. A confirmation call the night before the move informed me that my price had gone up by 50% due to an error on their part in mileage calculation. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told "If you want your kids back, you'll pay". Unbelievable. An incredibly stressful time was made that much more so by my interaction with this man.

Can’t say enough about this local company and their commitment to their customers! Right from our first inquiry they were professional, thorough, transparent and reasonable regarding cost and able to meet all of our moving challenges with ease. They showed up on one of the coldest days of the year and moved our belongings carefully and efficiently. Not a single bit of damage thru the move. When I had another piece of equipment to move after they had left they made arrangements to assist.

Phenomenal Service! Right from the first contact I made for a quote through to the end of the job, very helpful and friendly staff 😊 Our movers, Kale and Noah, were such polite young men and did an amazing job. We had our 3500 sq ft house moved into a storage unit. They moved us out of storage into a condo and were so patient as we went through the storage locker to gather items going to the condo vs what was staying in storage. Amazing job! Highly recommend!
