In their own words
Called company, recieved price and 2 hour window for them to arrive. I called exactly at the end of the 2 hour window to ask where they were at as they missed the 2 hour window, that I was waiting for them. A woman said they were running 20 minutes late. After 20 minutes past the 2 hour window, a man called and asked me why I was upset. I agreed to a 2 hour window. A professional company should know an hour before they are to arrive at an agreed apon time if they are going to make it or not.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

This is the second time in 4 years that these professionals handled moving my pianos. They were on time, courteous, efficient yet extremely careful and had a depth of knowledge about and respect for the instruments they were handling. Would use them again and again and recommend them to anyone!! TOP NOTCH!!
We appreciate your review and your repeat business call us anytime you need
I moved into a townhouse with the piano space on the second floor and the movers would only take it from first floor to first floor. So I called AJP, and they were great! Most of our communication was via text, which I loved, and I paid electronically. The guys were timely, and they had a plan for getting the piano in without having to navigate my narrow staircase. They were here less than 15 minutes, and they did a great job. They were also very friendly!
I highly recommend AJP piano Specialist for your instrument moves! I literally called hundreds of movers , Many quoting me a agreed upon price but then dropping the ball and not even following through with me ! AJP was by far the best mist reasonable price and they did a A plus job bringing me my beautiful baby Grande piano !!!! This is by far the best service for Piano moving !!
I would give them more stars if I could because the service was phenomenal from booking the appointment to having my piano delivered. Their receptionist is very knowledgeable and kind; she really helped me through the process. They picked it up in Canton and drove it to Pittsburgh all within the timeframe I was given and I didn't have to do anything, it was great 😃 The movers were professional, polite and efficient! The price was VERY fair and much more reasonable than other companies I inquired with.
