Krupp Moving and Storage - Wooster Movers

Never use Moving Claim Services or Krupp Moving & Storage. We have estimated a few thousand dollars worth of items that need to to be replaced or repaired from our last move with them. Once our poorly mishandled items arrived we were encouraged to sign the paperwork, before we could do a thorough inspection. We noted to the 3 items that were missing or damaged that we could immediately notice. So we also signed the papers “That we currently know of.” It took several months to document all the damages.

We used Krupps twice in the last 2 years. First move was perfect which is why we used them again. This time the move was out of state. The team that did the work was outstanding, they deserve 5 Stars. The Quote showed them packing Monday, loading Tuesday, traveling Wednesday, unloading Thursday and traveling back Friday. We called to question the timing since it is only 2.5 hours from Wooster and 3.5 from Canton which is where we lived.

Copy of email sent to Krupp (no response): My wife and I recently hired your company to load a 16-foot PODS container in preparation for a cross-country move. The three workers were prompt and very nice, but as we later found out, they clearly are lacking in their knowledge and ability to properly load items to ensure they are secure and protected to limit en route damage. Your crew carefully moved items out of the house and loaded the PODS container.

The guys who came were very nice and loaded up the old house with no problem. When we got to the new house, there was a show of testosterone and two of the guys almost came to blows in my driveway. Yelling and shouting and one guy even took his shirt off and threw it on the ground, as to egg on the other guy on. There were some damaged and scratched items that the owner said he would fix. He showed up unannounced as I was leaving and that was the last time I saw or heard from him and I have been here 6 months now.

We hired Krupp based on our sales person, Andrew. He was extremely professional and responsive until they booked the job, and then could never be reached again. Day of moving, they sent out 5 20-something guys with no experience. Not only did they not complete the job that day, they poorly packed our belongings, breaking several items in the process. One of which was an heirloom piece they packed at the bottom of a wardrobe box to be filled and weighed down with other belongings. They second day was much smoother.

Date of move October 25th 2021 Used Krupp Moving & Storage Columbus Ohio Location. I decided to go with Krupp moving company after receiving a much higher quote from a moving company I used in the past. The company rep Bree showed up for an estimate on move and I was very happy with her professionalism and decided to move forward with Krupp moving services. The day of the move a 4 man crew was on the scene Jacob, Jack, Tony, and Shaun. I Walked the crew through the home and pointed out each room to be moved.

I could not believe how this move went. My furniture was never covered when moving out of the house. They just threw it on a trolley and went. They treated all my stuff very badly. They did not put things where I asked him to put them and a pure example is the mirror to the dresser in the bedroom was put in the dining room downstairs. They didn't even put the bedroom set back together. Like they said in the contract they would. They wore their shoes. I had to get the carpeting cleaned.

I tried to send an email to the company and I kept getting a delivery failure message in return. I don't know where to start. I booked with them due to both a personal recommendation and Google reviews-they weren't the lowest quote I received. I was given an hourly estimate so I was anxious to get it going and was well prepared. The crew of 3 showed up about 50 mins later than I was told. I had to load from my house and a storage shed. My son and I had cleared out everything except a few pieces of furniture.
