In their own words
On time, friendly, thorough and fast. Took very good care wrapping each item in a blanket, taping and inventoried each item. Extremely happy with this company and highly recommend them for moving and storage. The return from storage went very smoothly. The crew was fast, made sure everything was returned to the correct location, no wall marks, cleaned up all plastic wrap and best of all they were on time and very courteous. The total bill was exactly as quoted and very reasonable.

I cannot say enough extraordinary things about this moving company and the exceptional driver, Mike, who handled our out-of-state move from Columbus, Ohio to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and far exceeded every expectation. Relocating across state lines can be incredibly stressful, but this team turned what could have been an overwhelming process into one that felt organized, efficient, and surprisingly smooth.

We have moved about a dozen times. Been married for over 57 years and lived in several States from the midwest to Florida to the middle South. This ranks as one of the best, and fastest moves we've had. Less than 1 full day. One 26ft over the cab full and another 24ft 1/2 full. Being in our late 70s, and 'downsizing' now for the third time, and this being our 'final' move before, well, the end, to a nice VILLA Condo, we hoped for the best, but not with high expectations.
I chose New Roots for a couple of reasons. First off, their hourly rate was the lowest and their overall bid was competitive. They actually gave two quotes. An overall one price where they do everything, and an hourly rate where they would do any work I requested on packing. I chose the hourly rate and had most of my items boxed up prior to the actual move day. They also only charged me per box used as I had access to other boxes from previous moves and friends' employers boxes.
