The rating breakdown
0 of the 37 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Alaska Piano Services are one or two star.
Worked out from 37 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Anchorage

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I was a poor piano owner and failed to get my piano tuned for the past few years. David came over and did a great job. He was easy to reach on the phone and via text and came as scheduled to the appointment on time. He was careful with our piano and took time to listen and assess the condition of the piano. He also diligently tuned each key and along the way he described the various components and the potential for each to be affected by the humidity.
David was professional from start to finish! I appreciated his attention to detail, his thorough explanation of what he needed to do and why, but most of all the fact that his estimate of what it would take to fix our VERY old, neglected piano was exactly what he charged us. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely call him again when it's time for another service!
Listen, they are the go to people for piano tuning or anything related to your piano. Both David and Stephen have been wonderful techs to our pianos! They have done jobs for our personal piano and two churches we have scheduled them for. Ours and another by our recommendation. Schedule something with Samantha and find out I am right about them! It is easy to schedule! I love it!! They give options to what is easy for you! Don’t you love that? Easy choose how you want to schedule!! Phone, text, or email.
David did a fabulous job tuning and repairing our piano. I especially appreciate how thorough he was with the overall condition of the piano, the voice, touch, and pedal workings. Receiving an email that documents the work he did and recommendations for continuing care of the instrument is an important feature of the service he gives, as well. I appreciate his professionalism, competence and timely response to our needs. I'll definitely go back to him for future needs of the piano!
