Bad. I’m writing this 6 months after my move. I still look at my damaged furniture. It was less than 3 months old. My furniture was mishandled. Dropped in front of me. They broke down. Showed up late to drop off destination. My furniture was put back together backwards, yes, legs on backwards and not assembled correctly. I have the pictures. When that was finally over, they ran right off my huge circle drive into the snow bank. They were stuck. Waited hours on them to just get their own issues dealt with.
Hi Amanda, we didn't want to leave your review unanswered although we have communicated over text already. We are sorry for the damage to your furniture and that this move didn't go smoothly.
BE WARNED! This company will quote you $960 and charge you an EXTRA $710 for "time and labor". They worked hard, but they did not make this clear up front. That is a BAD business model and a scam. Use Portage Transport for your deliveries.

I had a wonderful experience with the gentlemen from Green Gorilla Movers. They communicated very well - returned my phone calls quickly, answered my questions clearly, on the day of my move they called to let me know when they would be there. I had 2 movers come out to Palmer from Anchorage on July 11. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, they worked quickly, they went out of their way to be helpful and careful with my belongings, and they were very reassuring.

Had a local move and was referred to Green Gorilla by a previous customer. They gave me an hourly quote over the phone, scheduled my job and reconfirmed the day before. The crew showed up exactly at the agreed upon time and worked diligently. There were two anomalies. First I ended up with significantly more items than we had originally discussed.

I am 100% blown away by the service I received at Green Gorilla Movers. First I contacted them because we had a need for spur of the moment moving services in Wasilla and they were able to get me on their calendar incredibly fast. Then they confirmed the day before, showed up with multiple guys who were friendly, professional and very careful with my stuff. They packed our entire house in one day and drove it across town for us.
