Typical LIAR,Charged more than quoted,Argued &got mean and nasty,NEVER FINISHED JOB, Became SUPER ANGRY AND YELLED AT ME,BROKEN PROMISES AND OMG HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
My grandparents moved out of their nursing home to Kansas today and decided to use this service. My mom went and pre packed everything on their own, my dad and I went and loaded their storage units by ourselves into the uhaul we paid for. They only brought out the things that were in their nursing home room and were there for around an hour. They over charged their original quote saying it was for also packing even though they didn’t do that? They charged my elderly grandparents $1150 for an hour of moving.
A helping hand was not a helping hand. Very very overpriced!!! I got moved with another mover for 1/2 of the price!!! Do not recommend this company.

I can’t say enough positive things about working with Alfredo on a residential move. He was professional and kind. He followed through on everything and we had great communication in planning the move. He was extremely efficient, showed attention to detail, and had great customer service! His team was also wonderful! They were extremely hard working, friendly, and efficient!!! It was great to watch Alfredo mentor his team. They are amazing!
A huge Thank you goes to the incredibly helpful and kind team that represents A Helping Hand Moving Company. Their team graciously donated their time to pick up toys from the businesses that collected toys for our holiday toy drive and deliver them to our distribution location. They were on time, ready to work hard, and were efficient! The positivity that radiates from their team helped us get into that magical holiday spirit! We appreciate their efforts all year round!
We hired them on short notice to move us from Grand Island to Omaha. Everyone on the crew was friendly, respectful, and professional. They were quick, efficient, and careful and asked questions as needed. They made our move smoother than we could have hoped! Highly recommend!
