Management is never there and had problems with monthly payment on a auto pay. Also, rain water from a leak, ruined a lot of our furniture.

On a Saturday, late afternoon, Storage Place was able to help us secure a storage unit quickly and efficiently in the event of a last minute storage unit needed. When the gate number issued to us didn't work, I called the contact number and someone got back to us right away and they gave us a temporary code to use. Later in the day, the manager contacted us making sure everything worked out and made sure everything worked out for us. Thanks Storage Place!
