Washer lid was broken during move. Costs over $200 to replace. Maxx is refusing to pay, blaming it on a kid broke it. I bought this from a dr I work with and it was like new bought in 2025. Not even year old. They ignore texts, ignore emails and won't take responsibility. Plus they overcharged because the truck they said they would use that would only of took one trip was not available and I told them I shouldn't be charged for the time it took to go get second load since the truck I was told when hired them was…
Hi Alicia, I’m sorry you’re upset and I want to be clear and respectful about what happened. A few factual points that matter: the washer was moved from your friend’s house to yours, and you said you hadn’t actually seen the washer until we delivered it.

I have used Maxx Moving a few different times for various jobs. Some big some small. Always professional always dependable. Prices are always fair and they take the upmost care moving my items.
