In their own words
I hired them to move me on April 2nd. HUGE MISTAKE! Before we even left the driveway, they broke the glass door on an antique curio! When unloading my belongings it began raining. Not just a little rain…it was pouring. They left my king size air mattress out in the pouring rain. Needless to say they were soaked. They disassembleD the entire bed and told me I should place pieces in the dryer. That was Saturday.
I have all the text messages between us for her complaints. I had the repair for the damaged curio set up first thing in the morning on Monday(her move was in a Saturday and the crew didn’t finish up til the evening, so I couldn’t get … More
Very unethical. Please be sure to get their quote in writing. Huge discrepancies in price between what was agreed upon, what other people are charged per hour by them and their current deals. I was never told that my two hour job would be charged at a 4 hour minimum. I hired them based on a good review from a friend who was actually charged fairly. Their explanation is that it was a slow season and it was negotiated. As a business owner myself, this is unacceptable. I would have never spent $400 on a two hour job.
This client was informed of the 4 hour minimum we have and the trip fee for the distance her move was going. She merely can’t remember or wanted to get free services. We moved everything she asked, and she is upset because our crew is … More
Did not wrap/all my wood furniture and it was pouring outside. A dresser drawer must have came out ..clothes were put back in different drawer. Was in a different room and didn’t notice until last piece was taken out. Wish my husband hadn’t tipped them.

Scam, they put a location which is wrong one. When i asked the secretary she told me they use our address and it's a smart storages in main street. She told me they are scammers and she informed her boss so he can put a notice about that
Excuse me? I am the owner. We keep our trucks at a storage facility in Oxford. I’m unsure why you posted this when you have never used our service.I have never even received a call from you. So your saying the secretary at Smart Stop Storage called us scammers?

In their own words
I did a short move of a Bedroom set in the Villages. Scheduled within a day and a half. Great communication and reasonable price. Crew was careful, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
Dave, thank you so much for your review. It was our pleasure to assist you with that bedroom set. We look forward to helping you with the full move when the time comes.
Quick and punctual. Needed last minute moving, gave them at latest 4:30pm time, they picked it up first in the morning.
AAMM moved us from NOVA to FL in 3 days total door to door, May 2026. They showed up right on time, ready to jump in and tackle the move - and even helped with moving a few things down the stairs that weren’t being moved! They were friendly, eager to please and a pleasure to work with! I appreciated that they drove their truck to VA, loaded the truck (they didn’t hire outside help), and then drove to FL and direct delivered - all with the same guys!
I couldn't even imagine a better service. The two gentlemen that helped me move this morning from Lady Lake to The Villages were fantastic. Extremely respectful and they did a perfect job. They made sure to ask me where I wanted everything and before leaving, they asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I would easily pick this service again and again. They arrived a solid few minutes before the stated and they spared no time getting right to work. Perfect job done. 10/10 recommended.
