When the driver and workers arrived the first and most important think they wanted to mention was the amount of tip they expected. Moved into a brand new house and they scratched the walls and made a hole in the drywall which my wife overlooked because she just wanted them gone. They took their time moving and was very expensive. I got home after they left and had an oil spill in the brand new driveway from their truck.
THEFT ALERT!!!! SAVE YOURSELF and your BELONGINGS! We had the displeasure of hiring this moving company on June 6, 2026. Upon arrival in the morning, we were confronted with the news that the “insurance” they offer would not be in service. However, we were already well behind on our move so decided to move forward, hoping we could just keep a watchful eye on the movers during the move. The movers base their rates on hourly pay.
We take all customer feedback and inquiries seriously. This claim is completely false and lacks substantiation. The two week delay in reporting the alleged jewelry theft is a significant concern.
Friendly staff. Was able to reschedule due to need for emergency surgery. Customer service was good which is why I am giving 2 stars. The 2 movers moved things into my truck (grocery bags, miscellaneous loose items, and things that were not supposed to be moved) broke large fragile items. Packed small things in the back of the truck and trying to squeeze large items in last. They completely left all of the big items. I had to move by myself after I just came out of surgery.
Movers dropped my dishes and several were broken. Worker admitted responsibility and when I spoke to the office, I was promised that it would be taken care of. They asked for pics and links to site where items were purchased. After reviewing they advised that the items were not covered because they did not pack it. Presumably the decision was made due to the cost of the items broken. Dishes were in a dish pack box with the protective sleeves.
Worst Movers ever no organizational skills whatsoever I had to assist and helping them load my stuff onto the u- boxes Some items were left off the u-box. Took them four hours and things still didn’t get completed I had to rearrange items so everything will fit on my own. I was denied a partial refund. If you would like to have your stuff packed right don’t use these movers.
Response to Company: Yes, I was a customer of yours. Never again. THIEVES! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Original Post: Used this company to move into a new house, my wife and I. No longer producing quality they once did. Sketchy, poor attitudes, and things will go missing!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! Choose someone else!!!!!

I used them for the move on 8/25/18 I have a missing bed frame piece. Gave the movers handsome tip and when called about the missing piece I am told you are responsible. It is not that I can buy a new frame but the attitude sucks. Engage them at your own risk. and remember you are responsible for your move :)
I am sorry that your piece is missing. I explained to you that I would pay for a new one. You paid the guys a nice tip because our service is excellent. I understand you are upset over a missing bed frame piece. Once you send the receipt we can take care of it. No problem.
I attempted to use their services a few years back....they broke one of my TVs and blamed me for it...even were disrespectful about it! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Moving Sucks less with All Around Movers.. If you're like me the worst thing in the world is Moving. Im over 50 years old and have moved well over 10 times in life. There's Packing, Loading, transporting, and then unloading. My Lady wanted nothing to do with the steps that I just listed. However Me being a cheapskate did not want to pay high Moving prices when me and some of my old former basketball playing friends s with beer bellies could do for 5 pizza and 3 six packs..lol After talking my coworker Delores…
Wow. This company really is the best experience I have ever had moving. I initially submitted an inquiry via the website for a move in Middletown DE. Grace called me back in a timely manner and provided a great picture of the process and the protocols of the company. We scheduled, but then I called in to reschedule due to snow. This was handled by Grace quickly and efficiently. On moving day Dre and his team were punctual and ready to work from the moment they arrived.
