Broken furniture, smushed cowboy hats and missing LV purse. Company packed and moved our belongings. Our truck arrived late also. Lack of communication during the moving process, and when trying to report missing purse they stopped communication. Never heard back from them other than denial from insurance that was purchased. I must say, I am very disappointed with how this all happened. I wanted to let you know, I did file an official formal complaint with the FMCSA.

This moving company is not professional at all. They gave me a quote and told me that it wouldn't be more than $475. to move from one city to another just 8 miles away. I thought it would be a great deal. NOT.... I ended paying $589. When they loaded my belongings I specifically told them to get everything out of the closets and even showed them when they were in the master bedroom. I need to explain that I'm disabled and unable to drive.
I’ve had the absolute WORST experience with this company and how they handled our move. They attempted to move our things twice, the 1st attempt we were stood up and the 2nd attempt, the staff they hired were completely unprofessional and it even escalated to the point where a physical altercation occurred on our front yard and racial slurs were used.

I have used All Around Moving twice over the past three years. My first move with them went smoothly, which is why I chose to use them again for a long-distance move from Michigan to Florida. Unfortunately, my second experience was a complete disappointment. My belongings were misplaced during transit, and for nearly three weeks no one could tell me where they were or when they would arrive. It appeared they ended up in a storage facility, but the company could not give me any concrete information.

UPDATE: I unfortunately have to update my review to a 1 star. It seems that All Around is completely hit or miss when it comes to their services. I initially booked a move in May 2020, which was cancelled on the day of citing labor shortages due to the pandemic. I gave them a free pass that time (despite us having to frantically try to make alternate plans) because the pandemic was causing unprecedented issues, and the rep I worked with was clearly trying very hard to help us any way he could.

I was moving from my home into a storage unit and then from there to my new home. I was given fair pricing but lied to a few times. First, the crew that moved me from my house into the storage unit did a good job. I was told I could request them for the second move. I was told that at least 3 times,even up until the day before the second move. They already knew where my things were and packed them in so it would have been quicker for them to move it to the new house. they sent me a different crew on moving day.
We had a long distance move scheduled with them. Everything went great until the quote. The day before loading they called and said their truck broke down and said everything will still go fine and they brought a U-Haul rental. Loading crew …

All Around Mving provided me with 3 movers Cheese, Moe and Ethan they were on time and extremely pleasant. They were hard-working and got my move completed in no time. What an impressive team! Mike Miller(the driver) Moe, and Sterling arrived promptly. Each one had a smile, introduced themselves and shook our hands upon arrival. It was astonishing how quickly and skillfully they loaded up our home of 40 years. Even when I or my dog would get in the way they remained pleasant and patiently waited for me to pass. Unloading went slower but only because they had to pause for directions to place items. It was hard to keep up with them.

These people are absolutely fantastic to work with. I was in a crunch and they were able to meet my needs within one week. The crew came and worked very hard. But was really impressive. Was how collaborative they were and such a good team. Often with that many people there might be tension amongst the group, but everybody seem to pull their own weight… Lol. They were so great. I would actively seek out any new projects I could offer them because they are so great at what they did.
