The price that was quoted to me seemed reasonable however, the price given when the move was complete was insane! They were supposed to start my move at a certain time but showed up late and then said that they would have to reschedule. I was supposed to be moved out by a certain date so their delay caused issues with my buyer. The three men that did my move were slow and inexperienced. They charge by the hour so it benefits them.

We used them and they were unprofessional, late, charged more than double of the price quoted, and didn't put boxes where instructed. It was the worst experience ever with a moving company. They quote one price and then when they are almost done they tell you the inflated price and wait for you to pay before they take everything off the truck.The workers they charged for didn't stay the whole time and I will be reporting them to the BBB. DO NOT USE THEM!
I have used this company throughout the years with no issues. But I hired them for the last time this past winter and debated on leaving this review but after seeing they did it to someone else, I’m going to leave it now. I called and gave them a rundown of everything I needed done and the timeframe to do it. They quoted me about $1000. They arrived at 1:30pm & we were done loading by 3:35pm and then we dropped everything off in about 1.5hrs. They had 4 guys, I believe.

Worst experience of my life. First he was supposed to come by to give me a quote, that didn’t happen. Secondly I had to call myself to make sure my appointment time was still reserved. The day of moving he got lost and took 20 mins to turn around. I moved from a studio to a one bedroom. No way it should’ve took 3 hours to move, I was quoted an hour and a half by other companies even with me on the second floor. The workers were slow and purposely milking the clock.

This company came to our house to give us an estimate for moving. Quoted us a flat rate price and said it would take 5-6 hours. On moving day, they showed up 2 hours late, and took 11 hours to move a 2600 square foot house. Then when it was time to pay, they claimed they billed by the hour not flat rate. The bill ended up being double what they quoted us. Shame on me for not getting it in writing. Buyer beware, get everything in writing before hiring this company or you’ll be sorry.
