The worst, never use these people. I used them to pack my things, store them for almost two years and then move them again to my new apartment. Some of my furniture was broken due to how it was packed by their moving team, and they sent me a claim but then basically never responded to me regarding a refund. Terrible customer service, and sloppy movers. Avoid!
I usually don’t like to leave negative reviews since running a business is a very hard endeavor, but I felt obligated to inform with the hope of helping to protect others. Our experience with All City Moving and Storage was tainted when we found our beautiful table broken upon delivery. Things like this can happen, but their lack of taking ownership was disappointing to say the least.
They use a bait and switch method. Be very weary. My move was supposed to cost $3800 but ended up being $8500. You have no choice because they pack you up and start telling you that you need more space. It is the worst experience I have ever had. Hire some young kids and drive your own truck. I will never use another moving company because of this experience.

Buck and his team were awesome. Buck was very personable and professional. They were recommended by the realtor we were working with and could not be more pleased with the choice. They were on time and loaded and unloaded with no problems. There was an issue with payment on my part, we were closing on the house we were moving from and the funds were delayed. Buck said no problem it will work out and did the job as promised. The fund did show up before they finished.
Overall a great experience working with Buck and his team. Buck was the only person of all of the moving companies we quoted to come to our home (from East Bay!) and get a true visual sense of our belongings. The quote came out higher than other moving companies, but I felt that it was the most honest and accurate, which is why we chose to move with them. Buck and his team are highly communicative and quick to respond to any inquiries you have. Would highly recommend!

My crew for my move was Buck, Chuck and James. They did great work, they wrapped up all of my furniture and got it on the truck quickly. Unloading went great too. Sorry about all those stairs guys!
