In their own words
This has been a nightmare. Do Not hire This company!! We paid 6k to move from NJ to Florida. Our things were picked up June 21st and half of them were delivered today, July 18th. We are missing furniture, boxes and my husbands tools. We were told 15% of our things were left behind but we had to pay the full amount, minus $400, otherwise driver would not unload the truck. My husband my my two sons had to help the driver bring boxes and bins inside the house, yet we paid 6k for all services.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. I booked this company under All Directions Van Lines because of its positive reviews. After my move, I discovered they also operate under Best U.S. Moving Inc. Had I known that beforehand and seen those reviews, I never would have booked. Before signing, I specifically told the salesperson my biggest concern was surprise charges. We reviewed my inventory item by item, and I was assured that wouldn't happen.
I am convinced they remove their one star reviews, so they will remove this one too. All Directions came to pick up my items on April 16th, they have not delivered anything and it is now May. I had to keep calling dispatch and they could not give me any answer. I will be taking this to small claims court. I have been living off of an air mattress and I lost a lot of sentimental items from family members who have passed. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed and this company is a fraud.

In their own words
They were kind enough to help my friend move a table after moving my things-and did not even charge them. They were quick and kind and wrapped everything so it would not be damaged. I will definitely use them again!
Arrived on time very professional and was very patient. He and his team worked very diligently and listened to every change that was made on the fly. I would honestly recommend him and his team if you have a move!
A highly efficient and attentive team that facilitated a smooth moving experience. All items arrived in impeccable condition. I wholeheartedly recommend All Directions Van Lines!
These guys were fast and efficient. They took extreme caution in handling my mom’s property with care. They are fully ensured and did exactly what they said they would.
