My wife, daughter, and I had the worst moving experience of our lives with FairPrice Movers, for our move from Exton to Center City Philadelphia. We'd confirmed a strict 14:00–17:00 dock reservation window weeks in advance at our new home, with movers scheduled to arrive at our old home between 8:00–10:00AM. That morning, FairPrice called to say a truck had broken down and attempted to push our window to 15:00, offering only a discount.
I had Fairprice Movers assist me this May 2025 with my move. They did not show up on time, an hour later than their 2 hour window. They took 4.5 hours to drive to the location when it took me less than 2 hours. Then they refused to unload …
The first move to the storage facility went well. The move a week later to the new house was not as smooth. It was a less experienced crew. The loading was less organized and less efficient. Unpacking the next day there are several items we can't locate. I did check the storage facility and the truck.

Our movers were great. Incredibly efficient and had our move completed in 2 hours. We were so impressed! They were very polite and respectful and navigated 2 tricky row homes + heavy walnut furniture (a horrible combination for the average person) with such ease. Such a fair price too and worth every penny. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
Couldn't have asked for a better crew for my Reading move. They showed up right on time, took apart my bed and a heavy armoire, wrapped every piece with care, and set it all back up at the new place flawlessly. Fair price and honest, solid work.
Fantastic team and a company that actually communicates. When my plans shifted and I had to move the date, one message sorted it with no fuss and no extra charge. They kept me updated right through to delivery day. Refreshing to deal with people who are this responsive.
We moved across Reading into a much older home with narrow doorways and a staircase I was convinced our furniture would never clear. The crew studied each tight spot, took their time where it counted, and eased every large piece through without a mark on the walls or the frames. They stayed patient and good humored the whole way, even with the trickiest items, and kept the pace steady so the day never dragged.
