If I could give zero stars, I would. All Muscle Movers' slogan is, "Let's Change Your Life with Moving Done Right." Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from our experience. I hired All Muscle Movers to help move my mother, and this was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences she’s ever had. She was initially quoted $492 for a two-hour move, but somehow ended up paying $850.
At All Muscle Movers, we regret to learn that your recent experience with our services did not meet your expectations. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience with every relocation. Upon my initial conversation with Ms.
Extremely unprofessional service. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM and the movers did not arrive — or give an accurate ETA — for nearly four hours. I repeatedly requested an update and a reasonable discount for the excessive delay, and the owner refused to accommodate anything. Instead of taking responsibility, he canceled the job entirely at 4:00 PM, after wasting my entire afternoon on move day. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values punctuality, honesty, or professionalism.
Ms. Banks, we have been in communication regarding your relocation since this morning. During our initial conversation, I informed you that our arrival would be after 1:00 PM. You expressed understanding, stating that the exact time was not a concern as long as we were en route.
This is my personal experience: I hired All Muscle Movers Aug. 21, 2021 for a move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a house. The movers were 2.5 hours late. Our agreement was 9AM but they arrived and started a little over 11:30AM. Slow to start and got even slower and slower in the end. One of the movers who was sick took 10-15minutes break almost every 10 minutes. On top of his breaks, he was on his cell phone talking to people for about 30% of the 7 hours that I was billed for.
Mr. Intal, we are greatly disappointed that your experience with All Muscle Movers was not a great one. The workers we had at that time no longer work for us. We are still building and will make sure in the future that any other experiences with All Muscle Movers will be a great one.
I don't even know where to begin... NEVER AGAIN will I use this company or any other black own Moving Company! Where do I start. At first I wasn't gonna do a review, but after I cut my TV on and seen it busted up, knowing that my TV was working fine before they moved it. I have to do the review. Avoid this company, they procrastinate to make more money. It was 4 workers well, the owner stated that he wasn't a worker he was just extra still four hours to do the job.
Ms. Mayo. First off, sorry your experience with All Muscle Movers was not a great one. When I booked you I explained that your job can take 3 to 4 hours. You went over to the 4th hour but I didn't charge you. I charged you $400 flat for 3hrs.
DO NOT BOOK ‼️‼️ THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED WITHOUT A MOVER THE DAY OF moving!!Manager is very unprofessional and RUDE! they tried to up charge me last minute when I am a very loyal customer. All I had to move was a bed and a few boxes and they tried to charge me EXTRA rate to hold my belongings overnight because the van that THEY BROUGHT was too small to move my bed.
Ms. Brooks, Regarding your last-minute request for a move on the first of the month, I previously informed you that all of our trucks were fully booked. As an alternative, I offered to utilize my personal van, believing it might suffice given our recent experience with a similar job.
This company is absolutely horrible. If I could give 0 star I would. There were supposed to be 3 workers doing the job but really only 2 participated while the 3rd individual sat down and used their phone. They are supposed to take apart and reassemble your items however that did not happen with everything. They did not reassemble my dining room table as they could not find the screws. When they finally found the screws days later they realized that they accidentally took them.
Be careful, they will definitely try to extend the time so they can make another 100$. They had two guys securing the furniture in the truck while one guy walk up and down the stairs. In the first ten minutes only 1 item was moved with three workers being present. We ended up paying 250$ but me and my brother worked so hard we came to the conclusion, it would have been better to rent the 60$ uhaul and just do the work ourselves.
I hired All Muscle Movers to complete a move they were due by 3 pm. I had to constantly call to ask status and towards the end when no one answered the phone I had to threaten a negative review for response. They finally arrived at 8:30 pm. I was promised 2 men movers and a male and female showed up. I inquired why 2 men were not on the job and was asked why I am prejudiced against a female worker. Research indicates females are not as strong as men.
Ms. Pickard, we are greatly disappointed that your experience with All Muscle Movers was not a great one. Even though some of your allegations were not true, we are still building and will make sure in the future that any other experiences with All Muscle Movers will be a great one.

I had an amazing experience with All Muscle Movers—this is my third time using them, and they continue to impress me every single time! Not only did they handle my move quickly and efficiently (even with both apartments being on the third floor), but they also took incredible care of all my belongings. They carefully disassembled and reassembled my bed, handled everything with professionalism, and made sure to ask exactly where I wanted each item placed.
I have used 2 man in a mobile. Over 10 years, I will call them in a heartbeat. They prompt, be on time as possible as they can sometimes run late, but they be there on daytime that they need to be there, I can't play that came in fixed app everything in my apartment got me in and out when they're in no time. I would recommend them to anyone anybody. And I definitely will call them if I need them. You wanna give it a try? They are some good people. The owner stand by his word.
READ ALL Ask for anthony to help move your items , he will get the job done fast no issues and has Great customer service as well! Anthonys customer service and work ethic is really the star of the company and why I will always come back ! If he tells you he is sending Joe decline and wait for somebody else to be able to help you !
Update: I’ve been knowing Mr. Dre for a few years now. He’s seen me through a few moves. My belief still stands that he has quality service. He saw me having a hard time during the last move and gave me grace. Good man, good crew, good service; there’s nothing not to like. When I first moved to Houston in late 2022, I loat touch with what was needed to move into an apartment. I Googled and AMM was the first to show up. I literally had nothing but Mr. G took care of me without breaking my pockets.
