The Right Movers

THE WORST MOVERS EVER!! THEY HAVE STOLE EXPENSIVE SHOES AND BAGS. BROKE MY SET OF WINE GLASSES AND TORE THE WOOD OFF MY DRESSER. REACHED OUT TO CHUCK FOR THREE WEEKS STILL NO RESPONSE OR SOLUTION. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS THAT WERE WORRIED ABOUT MY PERSONAL PHONE CONVERSATIONS THAT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM!!! BUT MEANWHILE MY FURNITURE WAS BEING BROKEN AND MISHANDLED ALONG WITH MY PERSONAL ITEMS DISAPPEARING! I WOULD SUGGEST NO ONE TO USE THEM AND I HAVE FILED A LAWSUIT AND POLICE REPORT!

The owner was very unprofessional! Not only was his men 3 hours late, but he wanted to over charge me for that time. Also, one of his workers was on the phone with the owner, the owner told told the worker that he dosent work for "people like me" I'm not sure what he ment by that but I was highly offended. His men asked for my Fruniture that I was going to sell and asked me if it was coming out their tip. I had to call another moving company to finish what they started.

Need to improve their service. Unsatisfied. Workers smells alcohol and cringey. Destroyed my TV and would not refund for the damages. Bad transport and bed was chipped. Wrappings were not good. Do not get this movers. You will waste your money on them

This company is horrible to the fullest extent. First the workers showed up in a small moving vehicle to move my furniture that's meant for a two bedroom. They asked the owner for a bigger truck and he told them no. Then the owner charged an extra $130 because he stated the job took longer but it only took longer because the truck was too little so three trips had to be made since he did not want to provide a bigger truck.

If you're looking for a reputable moving company that's bonded, licensed and insured, DO NOT (I repeat) DO NOT USE THE RIGHT MOVERS!!!! I made the decision to hire The Right Movers based on claims that company was fully licensed, insured and bonded and I relied on those claims in hiring the company Sept 2017. Their wreck less, incompetent and irresponsible movers completely destroyed a brand new (1-month old) wooded kitchen table.

The WRONG Movers is a better name. How they have an A rating on BBB, is amazing to me. I wish I had seen these reviews before I hired them. They put a hole in my ceiling which Chuck, the boss, said he woild fix, but did not. They quoted me $429 for 4 hours for 2bd townhouse in Friendswood to storage in Seabrook. (11 mi). I sold 1 bedroom set, after the quote, so all they had to move was 1 upstairs bedroom, the dining and living area and a few things from an upstairs walk- in attic.

I was referred to The Right Movers by a trusted business partner who assured me that they offered superb service. Unfortunately, I must’ve hired The Right Mover’s on the WRONG DAY! Prior to arriving at my job, I spoke with the companies owner & gave a detailed synopsis of items that needed to be moved. Additionally, I was sure to mention we are in a commercial building, located on the 3rd floor, & a few items that were going to be a tough move and they declined additional details , assuring me the job was…

Literally the worse moving experience I’ve ever had! They were recommended to me due to another moving company having truck problems, I was scheduled for 5pm when it got close to 5 I was called and asked if I could move another day or it had to be that day and I explained that it had to be that day ! If wanted another day I would have just picked another day.
