All Over Movers

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Negative stars. The two super skinny guys that showed up 45 min late at 10:45 am and were already exhausted from having done a move ALREADY that morning. They were slow as hell, sauntering slowly from the truck to the house, taking their sweet expensive time. Yes, they wrapped everything up in plastic wrap but that just took tons of time and didn’t help much in the long run.

This company is ridiculous. They were hired for a simple move, I had everything ready to go for them. I was told in transit that my brand new headboard was broken because It had “fell over”. I don’t know why it would not be secured. So I called the main office and the woman that answered the phone told me they will pay back 60cents per pound. Which was 40 dollars on a 250 dollar headboard. Then all I did was start asking questions, she decided it was okay to start yelling at me.

I scheduled a move two weeks in advance with AOM. I confirmed the move three days before the scheduled move. I was scheduled for 10am on a Saturday morning. They called me at 9am Saturday and canceled indicating their driver didn't feel well. They indicated they were trying to find another team to do my move that day. I never heard back from them. I had to bust my tail to find another company last minute to make the move and pay additional cost to get it done.

The owner of this business is heartless and insensitive. A profiler and a racists, regardless of being an employer of people of color. Lisa, I got someone to get the job done (attached photo is the pallet). Again, you are heartless and wicked! I will never recommend her and her company to anyone. If you read this review, avoid this company in Oklahoma RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY. From your untimely response, you did never package or load my pallet.

I have used All Over Movers twice now (October of 2015 and October of 2016), and my two experiences could not have been more different. During my first move, I was extremely impressed with everything about the business. I loved my movers, and they were so quick and professional I could hardly believe it. When it came time to move again, there was no doubt in my mind this was the company to go with. However, I ended up extremely disappointed.

I scheduled a move with this company one week ahead of time through Jan. The Saturday of the move I called to confirm and she gave me the number to the operations head guy. He clearly stated I was not on his schedule. I called Jan back to figure out what went wrong, very nervous due to we had to be out of a rent house and have no family in state and are fairly new to OK. She became very upset with me and yelled at me that their system was down.

Hired to move a single piece of furniture, a table bar, which weighed about 500 lbs. The movers tried to say it weighed about 1000 pounds, however this "1000 lb" piece of furniture was able to be moved by 2 young women and 1 adult man. They picked it up in Edmond and delivered it to MWC. Then they were UNABLE to complete the unload and simply placed the bar table, GRANITE/topside down, on the concrete because they refused to get it into the house through my backyard.

All Over Movers scratched our kitchen tile when moving the refrigerator, scraped our wall, broke our screen door, and scratched our dining room hutch from not wrapping it properly. The buyers of our home were so upset when they did their final walk through that we had to pay $200 to fix the tile prior to closing and also gave them a $200 credit to paint the wall that was scraped.
