In their own words
Never showed up and didn’t remember I called. Rescheduled but never got a confirmation. Cancelled move but was told I would lose $150 deposit, but I protested and they never changed me.
Very poor service and extremely rude staff. They damaged a lot of our stuff and home as well. They were very un-professional.
We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. In the past we have had plenty of great feedback from satisfied customers. Thank you for opportunity to make improvements in our performance.
Scheduled out a move on a Saturday a little late notice but they said they could do it. I paid the deposit and I waited from 3:00 to 5:00 for a phone call or something to let me know they were on their way. I made a call around 3:15 to verify that it was still going to work And I was assured they would call me when they were on their way. Time ran out and I had made numerous attempts to get a hold of the business all were met with a voice mail. I do not recommend this company to anybody that cares.
Beware these guys were late by one hour. And worked slow. If we didn't help it would of cost around $2000 . For small 1500 sqft home . They charge $70 hour per guy. And worked like $15 hour
I'm sorry we were not able to meet your expectations. We have a 98% satisfaction rate.

Two movers showed up at my house from Apple Movers and loaded a large refrigerator up on their truck and took it to my daughters house. They even hooked up the water to the refrigerator. I didn’t know how to and it was very kind of them to do this for my daughter. They were very nice and professional. I’ve used Apple Movers in the past and will continue to use them whenever a need comes up. Thank you again.
The fellows that moved me were so kind and helpful to me . They were safe and efficient the entire time ! Such great driving getting into the driveway . I was sooo impressed !
