This was a very frustrating and bad moving experience. Price doubled the night before from the brokers quote (which is whatever, I know the company will have some excuse about why that’s perfectly okay) seemed fine loading everything but once it left, I’m not sure what happened to our stuff in that time frame. Our stuff was not treated with any type of care.

1 star Unfortunately, I went through a Broker and they hired this company. It took over 22 days for my items to be delivered. we thought our items had been stolen, but upon arrival we had extensive damage. They picked up our items in a small truck, but was delivered by another company out of REMOVEDin a semi that couldnt deliver in our subdivision. They did extensive damage to our items estimated to be in excess of $1.500-$2,000.
Before I give this review of my horrible moving experience from Texas to Arizona, I would like to thank Sarah and Dustin for their attempts to help in this situation. Moving long distance is never easy but my experience was unacceptable and included a DOT Violation 49 CFR § 375.703 which I will explain below. On January 6th, Leo and two teenagers showed up in an Enterprise Truck that carried another load to load my items from Corpus Christi, TX.

If you’re looking for movers who bring genuine care and positive energy to what is otherwise an exhausting day, Ramadan and Richard are your people. They were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. They handled full packing services in addition to the move itself, and the care they brought to both was meticulous. The 5 stars are for our mover Ramadan. He was kind, professional and efficient. He was also very thorough and careful with packing our belongings. As for the company I would give 2 stars. The final price was $1k over the original estimate. No one likes those types of surprises. They do this to get you in on a lower price. Be careful. If you are ok knowing that your final price may be higher by 1/3 or double the estimate, then go with the company.
