In their own words
both bedroom sets broken, late morning arrival (2 hours), charged for "travel time" though office was 5 minutes to either home being moved to, and that hour of travel time was charged at overtime rate. Though person who scheduled the move said you only pay for when they get to your home and finish. Pay for 3 people but only 1 really worked the whole time. One disappeared for an hour and a half, and the other didn't really lift or move anything. Tipped well and still had all the above issues.
These people are incredibly unprofessional at every turn. I booked with them shortly after a family health issue, hoping for some semblance of humanity and it was impossible to get a foot forward from the start. I was hoping to look around for different companies as money is obviously tight right now. After giving them my initial CC info for the deposit I found a better price at a different company.
Would rate zero if I could. Do not recommend. Was told I was first appointment in the morning and played phone tag with the owner for hours and guys didn't show up until almost 1. Worst of all, owner took zero accountability and was a poor communicator. Issue ended up being because guys were out on a job late the night before, which is understandable but at least have the decency to communicate with your customers, especially when you don't end up showing up when you are supposed to
I'm so sorry that this happened! As a small business owner sometimes we get overwhelmed with our phones getting crazy busy . I'm all about customer service and trying to keep customers on there scheduled times, this does not usually happen. I'm glad at least your move went well.

This is by far the worst moving company in our area. Do not use them. They were late. They took forever to finish the move and it was a small move not a lot of stuff. They said that we didn't pay them the right amount when the workers got back to the business they were short $100. I was going to move a 70-inch TV myself cuz I was nervous that it might break under their supervision. But the girl angel assured me they've never ever once broken a TV and that they have insurance.

The All Pro Movers team was great to work with. There was great communication and flexibility. The team that came to move us was efficient, professional and easy to work with. They packed up my house and then unloaded at the new house in about 5 hours. The team was super friendly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
We hired All Pro for our move from Hanover to Manchester and would hire them again in a heartbeat! They were on time, efficient, personable and professional. Arielle, the coordinator, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and the crew, Dauby, Dakota and Eric, was hard-working and inventive with a couple of off-the-wall things we had them pack for us. All in all, they made it as stress-free as a move could be.
