Our move with Trend Moving from Pelham, NH to Old Orchard, ME was a mixed experience—and unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives. The crew in Pelham did a great job packing and handling our belongings with care. However, the crew that handled the delivery in Old Orchard was careless and unprofessional. The truck was packed poorly, which led to several pieces of furniture being broken or scratched. We also found markings on the walls of our new home.

Extremely professional from making the arrangements to the actual day of moving. Total care is taken to protect your possessions. Every piece of furniture was wrapped. The three young men who did the move were very polite and hard working. I would use them again for sure!

From beginning to end, this was a great process. I completed my booking with Ben who was very kind and helpful (and patient with all of my questions). On the day of the move, David and Blake were great! They were both very friendly, explained what they were doing, and made the whole process feel very smooth. A few items did get damaged unfortunately, but that’s to be expected with any move. Everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Overall it was a great experience.
