Facility implements new mandatory insurance policies that need 3rd party waiver verification. They don't verify receipt of notice from their customers prior to charging fees. It takes multiple requests reaching out for information to get responses in regards to it. Rent rates are increased with the same level of notice.
It’s only getting one star because the First Lady of the morning that helped out getting a Uhaul was great. But before my use for the Uhaul was finished I had another woman call me. She has been in my Uhaul as well as go into the back where my belongings where. She called me rude telling me to get my stuff out or she’s gonna charge me 300 dollars. She went back and forth with me even after me telling her I wasn’t finished. Literally I was next door getting the keys to my apartment.
Lady at the front is rude, makes assumptions then tells you cant park a car in the parking space you rent.......where are we suppose to park.....much nicer at life storage, one day the gate wasn't working, it was middle of the month and they had the nerve to say we didn't pay our bill, had us wait for almost an hour for the guy to show up(who ended up not bringing keys, what?) very poor service overall, do not recommend at all

I have nothing but good things to say about this facility and the folks working there. Got my storage unit here back in 2021 and my rent has only gone up once and only by $10. They by far beat the competition. The employees are always friendly, helpful and keep the facility clean and safe. Definitely recommend them :)
Shilla was a life saver! Had to move quickly! She rented us a truck and unit within 15-20 minutes!
I rented a U-Haul trailer here. The woman who waited on me was very helpful and professional. She did most of the work hooking the trailer up and making sure it was secure. She also gave very clear instructions regarding the return. I will definitely return here the next t8me I need a trailer.
I have been a long-time customer of this storage facility. I really appreciate the fact that they don't escalate my rent every year. It makes managing my finances so much easier!
