We were looking around for movers and when my mother in law said we found someone cheaper and that she would handle it, the man on the phone called her crazy and started arguing with her and now they keep calling harassing her. They called and when we did not answer they called right back. They have been doing this since she told them no. I would not recommend them to anyone because of how rude they were.

I had higher expectations based on the reviews. The crew showed up late and didn’t explain the delay until I asked. While they finished the job, there was little attention to detail, and reassembling furniture felt rushed. I wouldn’t use this company again.

Cheapest pricing around; but unfortunately when comes cheap options comes cheap quality. Found plenty of damage things that either were broke afterwards or damaged items moving in. Trash was left hidden for us to find, drinks, paper towels, …
Taylor, Everything in the storage was stacked poorly before we even got there. On top of that the boxes were very poorly packed. There was an abundance of heavy large boxes, loose things, unwrapped pictures you name it and very little furniture to use as base causing it hard to not stack boxes on…
This is day 13 and cannot get in touch with customer service have no idea where my furniture is and probably they ripped off my money and my furniture
You have the wrong company. You are looking for Frontier Moving Solutions. I’m sorry that was your experience with them. We have unfortunately been receiving lots of calls/reviews mistaking us for them. We are based out of Tomball, Tx. These reviews really hurt our small business.

Fantastic Moving Experience! Frontier Movers are excellent in every way! I recently hired Johnathan Stanley and his team to move furniture, and several boxes and large tubs from a 4 bedroom house in The Woodlands, TX to a storage unit in Baton Rouge, LA. This was such a great experience! I called Johnathan a few weeks before my move date. He came to the house the same evening to assess my needs, and then he promptly sent me a quote, which was very reasonable. He is a great organizer and communicator.
We just recently used Frontier Moving and they were amazing. From start to finish they were professional and responsive. The crew was great to work with and their communication throughout the whole process was top notch. The day was longer than anticipated and they stayed positive and focused the entire time. Without them this move would have been a nightmare!
I recently used Frontier Moving LLC to move from a three-bedroom apartment to a house in The Woodlands, and I had a great experience. The crew was positive, professional, and easy to communicate with. They made the entire process from planning to making decisions on site smooth and stress free. My original plan was to use Frontier only for moving the large, heavy items within a 2.5 hour window while I handled the smaller boxes myself.
We had a short in-town move. Our 4 man crew with 2 trucks was managed by Anthony. They were prompt, courteous and hard workers. They disassembled ,wrapped and loaded everything with care. Anthony was great at describing the pricing and how they calculated the time. They worked non-stop. Everything was unloaded, unwrapped and assembled at our new place. If we had any requests their standard response was,"Sure, whatever you want. " I would highly recommend this company for your next move.
