My Rv was stolen from there. The security is not good. Apon recovery the police told me that there was several trailers that were stolen from there. this they got vary agressive and bulligerent. They finally let me out of my contract just to get rid of me. I would not recomend using this place to anyone.
I no longer use the storage facilitynor do I recommend it.....since the manager Jody is no longer working there the whole place has went Downhill .The short gentelman working there now is absolutely RUDE and gives …
Hi Lindsay, we're sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience. We searched through our customer records to try to find out more about your situation, but it appears you've never actually rented from us.
The units themselves are clean. However the gate is down for several months allowing entry to anyone and there is no truck to rent out as advertised. My problem was with the woman/manager in the front office. Mikeshia - When I first came in beginning of summer I had the worst experience with her. She said the "n" word three times stating it is okay for her to say it because she is of color. Informed me she keeps a knife under her desk for protection. And told me I have oily skin on my face.
I used to my Truck here and I moved in the first week of the month and i was told by New Manager (Ciana Roberts) that I’ll get my Refund. I Emailed her so many times about my refund and only 1-2 times get a response that will send a check …

She was so sweet, friendly, and funny, which made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does. I highly recommend working with Katie if you’re looking for excellent service!
