"BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY" Do not use this company, All Roads Express is the worst moving company. They are unreliable, deplorable and unprofessional. When my Items were delivered to me the boxes were falling apart and things were falling out. They delivered several boxes to me that didn't belong to me. My boxes had been gone through and repacked. My things had literally been thrown in the boxes causing numerous items to be broken and damaged.
We booked with International Van Lines who unfortunately subcontracted our move September 2022 from Florida to the Northeast to All Roads Express. Lack of care or concern by All Roads Express for our move resulted in damage of numerous furniture items including our dining room table, living room credenza, buffet table, master bedroom chest plus a side table with blue dye leaked on top from the moving blankets. Our second bedroom set has several dings and dents, too.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I used them a year ago and it's been an ongoing problem ever since. I dealt with Nirva who is completely DISHONEST. She assured me that my belongings would be moved by AllRoads on one of their trucks and not outsourced to a third party. That was an outright lie. My belongings were loaded by AllRoads employees who did a good job doing so but that is the end of the happy part of this saga.
After more than 2 years , I am still waiting on the settlement promised by All roads express, Mr Roiel(owner) took the ownership to call and discuss the issues and never kept the promise due to incapable and lying office staff, it would be nice to take care of their damages , even the insurance company used by them TGI doesn't exist any more and I am dealing to figure out why a brokerage is used ( where they have no clue about their exsistence) so here I am in process with BBB and small courts to further assist my…
