Not responsible movers or management. Movers broke our fridge door, accepted responsibility and we were cool with that, promised to get it fixed and they overtightened the bolt that holds handle to the fridge door, again, we were cool with that. Almost a month later nothing. Sent message to a person, they probably blocked me. Sent message to management, got a message that they are sorry but again disappeared. They also broke my daughter's bed frame, again overtightened bolts.
I have left a voicemail today and texted you yesterday regarding setting up an appointment to fix the refrigerator. Please email us or call to set up a time so someone can address the issue. We sincerely apologize for the delay, as we were waiting for parts. Thank you.
They wouldn't have refunded if I hadn't raised the issue. I really hate the way they responded to my review. If I could, I would give them -10000 stars. Trust me, believe it or not, I always have been trying to review anything as fair as I can do. please look at my other reviews. Some crews used our restrooms to old address, even new address multiple times (7~ 8 times) without consent while moving. They don’t know what they are doing.

Great Move, but, Integrity Issues My move was scheduled professionally and efficiently. Needing a quick move, All Star was prompt and informative. Andre, Alton, Dave, Nacho and John were great. I believe that integrity outweighs the great move (5 star). Nothing major, but a four wheel flat dolly that I’ve had since my days as a mover came up missing.
Please be cautious with this company!!! Our recent move was a complete disaster! Despite informing them of the amount of our belongings over the phone, they assigned 3 movers for a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house move. One of them worked extremely slowly and often seemed distracted, even looking at their phone. Another mover struggled to fit our belongings in the truck like a game of Tetris and hardly moved anything. Only one of them was diligent.

The move itself was good, but the company referred a packer/cleaner that used the opportunity to steal our identity. We frequently receive bills and calls about accounts she opened in our name. We are aware of her name because we paid her. This company is good enough but they recommend sketchy operators. Seven years later--their sketchy contractor is still showing up in our creditors info.

We paid a lot of money, they were pretty expensive so i thought i would get a good service. We paid for packing and the packing was terrible, we had a lot of damaged furniture, broken picture frames. We ended up going with a different company for the second part of our move who charged half as much and did a much better job. Avoid.

I'm ill with a life-threatening disease, recently diagnosed. I needed a solid team to get me and my wife moved. Based on reviews I chose this company. Comms were good and the schedulers are accommodating. But the highlight was the team that showed up. I want to commend Alex, Paco, Johnathan, and Steve for pulling us through, well beyond what you'd expect; super-long day after an early start! These guys handled our stuff with care, from packing the boxes up to loading and delivery.

I was tasked with a company project moving office equipment from one state to another. I had a very short time frame to put this together, and I had back and forth conversations with my leadership on how to handle the move. After a reasonable quote initally sent, I received a follow up quote with better pricing shortly after, without even asking it. I was able to book and ship the following week and everyone at All Star Movers and Storage was incredibly friendly, helpful, communicative, and professional.

This is my second time hiring All Star because my first move with them (1bd/1bath to 4bd/3bath) was so good that I wanted to hire them again. This time it was from 4bd/3bath to 2bd/2bath on the third floor (no elevator). Carlos, Eugenio, and Rudy wrre so great and I appreciate that they laid out carpets and moving pads so they wouldn't scuff my walls or stairs. Also, they wore shoe coverings so they wouldn't dirty my carpet. Their speed and attention to detail are what really made this a great experience.
