Absolutely horrible experience. Moving company showed up in a Uhaul and was completely unorganized. On the move-in day, the company moved the wrong furniture unit to us and realized and had to go back and start again. When they did show up, they broke a number of materials (shattered TV, conference table, multiple desks) and there were many missing pieces of furniture. We have been trying to chase them down for repayment for weeks and all we are told is "it is a process". We will now be filing a claim.

Justin was unprofessional and overall offensive and rude. He insulted me personally after I said I was no longer interested in the company's services. He needs to be written up.

Do not hire this company if you care about your belongings. All my things arrived broken. Save your time. Horrendous and slow service. Totally misleading about the method of delivery. I lost all my money and belongings. There are hundreds of other companies to use in Miami - HIGHLY do not recommend.
Horrible customer service. I needed to cancel service after the initial contact. Never received phone calls back, never answered my emails, Frequently had phone calls simply "unavailable at this time" with no ability to leave voicemail. Felt like a scam company.

Amazing service! I booked them very last minute around 8 PM, and they were at my place within the hour ready to help me move. The team (Questley, maurice, Calvin, & antonio) was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. They made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy and smooth. I was impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate such a short notice request. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable movers!

I highly recommend All Star moving!! Tony, Mo, Junior and crew saved me!! My scheduled movers with another company no showed and I scrambled to find movers last minute. Tony was able to find a moving crew that arrived within an hour to my apartment building. Tony and the rest of the crew completed my move efficiently and professionally!!
