Nobel Relocation Moving & Storage

I've never written a review before. I made an account specifically for this. I'm moved from West Virginia to Arizona. booking was great and quote seemed reasonable. movers were 6 hours late (they had scheduled the pick up time themselves for 11, but came at 5:30). when they got there they told me i was the only job that day and they were late because they were sleeping.

The service from the guys who packed and loaded my items were extremely courteous and professional... and that's where the positivity ends with this company. I drove my car to their facility to have it shipped to my new address, and when it arrived, my interior was filled with mold. Someone at their company left my sunroof open and my interior was severely damaged due to rainfall. Obviously being disappointed, I contacted the company and was told that "I must have left the sunroof open".

This was the single most disappointing moving company we have ever worked with. If you would like your items to arrive safely and intact, you should look for other companies to use. Our items arrived on a truck that had holes in the roof and had flooded. We had many thousands of dollars of water damage. When we reported this to Nobel, they asked us to make of list of everything and then also include links to replace the items. Many of which aren’t replaceable. Nobel then used a 3rd party claims company.

I contracted this company to move to Brazil. They used third part company to do the relocation in Brazil. The fact is I had a lot of damaged furniture and some boxes disappeared. We tried to contact them and the only thing that we heard was to look for the insurance company. If you want to guarantee your stuffs safe look for other company. This is a good deal to loose a lot of money! Totally disappointed. Please send your email. I really want to find my boxes!

Stay away from this company. They did my international move but left items behind. They came with a truck to my house and their crew insisted my stuff would fit into my 20' container. I had a "nice to have" list that could have stayed. Their crew told me "we've got you covered". One month later, when I was already overseas, they came to me to say "there is no way it can fit into the container". Nobel general manager said they would not spend the time to remove what could be removed.

Noble Relocation Moving and Storage was a disappointing experience. The move seemed haphazard and poorly managed. The staff was very rushed and handled the items without much care. Some items were torn. Not the professional service I was promised. I have suffered greatly and will never go back to them and I cannot give them five stars.

Representative that I just spoke with was very rude, pushy and long winded. When I told him I needed a few days to fully price the move on the market since I just started getting quotes today, he told me that I shouldn’t move because I couldn’t afford it…. very unprofessional in any line of work that’s not how you speak to customers.

0 stars I really expected better, but everything the agent told me was a lie. Now I am sitting here right now 1k more out of pockets in expenses and unable to pay using a credit card because both Novle and company they are using STINK!!!! Military, veterans, govies beware.
