I hired this moving company and they were the worst company I could’ve ever hired. I had to call the police and make a report. My items were damaged and when I tried to call Amy to make a report for the repairs she did not respond to my calls and I tried to contact her more than once. Amy ignored my phone calls I even think that she and another employee were drinking on the job, they kept increasing the price and I was honest about where I was moving the price just kept going up till I refuse to pay them anymore…

Never do a move with this company, the person in charge named Amy offers you a supposedly "Quality Service" and a small truck arrives and it hardly works with two boys who did not even know how to lift a piece of furniture, they broke the supports of my bed (disarming it - see picture), they broke a rung of the stairs floor (see photo), they made a hole in the wall, and at the end the manager (Ami) asked me to please trust her and pay full the service because otherwise they deduct it from her and she PROMISES you…

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Used this company hoping i was going to be in the best hands since they had decent reviews. They arrived with only HALF of my belongings, everything in boxes was smashed or broken even though it was packed very well. When the drivers came to bring my things they demanded to be paid before i could even see my items, they were rude and during drop off broke the only items that were left standing.

I bought storage from Costco and storage roof buckling up and made big space between roof joints and birds and animal start coming in from roof and when it rain water will damage personal belonging .it says 10 year warranty but they do no take care i have to pay for material and shipping plus removal of old roof and reinstallation . please do not buy cheap product and poor customer service on phone and online .

Amazing team. Amy & her team got right to it. Fast & Efficient. On time. Called to confirm day prior to needing service as well as morning of. Personable & communication was great. Everyone was very nice and professional. I had the biggest U-haul driving truck and they were done within an hour or so.
I used Lifetime Moving for my move today, and they were nothing short of FANTASTIC. Amy showed me that she cares, her crew was professional and hard-working, and they all went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with my move. And their rates can't be beat I would highly recommend Amy and the Lifetime Moving crew!
I had the best experience with the smoothly which typically it’s a nightmare but they made the experience very smoothly and easy I will definitely be using them for any future moves and will be my recommendation to use them ! Thank you again for the help
