In their own words
All Stars Moving was great at first, until we unpacked. We hired them to load a PODS to move out of state. In doing the job, they were efficient and friendly. However, when we got to our destination, we discovered that our furniture was scratched, screws were put in locations where they got lost, and our TV screen was cracked. To be clear, we offered zip lock bags for the screws, and bubble wrap for the TV. We also asked for the furniture to be wrapped and provided U-Haul blankets for this purpose.
I want to start off by saying that ANGEL the young lady I spoke to on the phone to book our move was amazing!! I got a text at 11:54 a.m. on Saturday confirming my Sunday morning 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. arrival time for the Movers. "You would think first move of the day" 9:30 we still did not have the movers at the house or any communication from them whether or not they were going to be late. I called the office 10 times, they tell you to press 5 if it's after hours still no answer andd no phone call back.

Yes, you did move me. You can hide behind your deceptive subcontracting schemes but I have all the records that I can post over here. You shouldn't be in business.

Before the owner states that they did not move me, correct, they did not move me. But they did move a family friend and they DID get scammed. The company loaded their items onto the truck, like normal. Only to then inform them that if they could not provide an additional $3k (CASH ONLY), they would take their belongings to their own storage unit until the money was handed over (illegal much??).

These guys are a total Scam!! They send a low quote and then ask for cash once they get there. Once they load everything is loaded in their truck, they have you sign a contract. The price was 8 times the quote. But they strategically already have your stuff in their truck, they either make you pay or take your stuff to a storage facility, and they make you pay cash. This is such a sketchy company and I would never use them unless you want to be robbed.

I received subpar service for far too much money. My furniture was handled carelessly by the movers, who even misplaced a few things. I had to put up with numerous delays and continual justifications. Overall, the encounter was disorganized and stressful, and they lacked the necessary tools for the job. Choose a more reputable business to avoid the hassle.

They ripped my new mattress in the move and then blamed me! They then pressured me to sign for the bill or they would stop moving everything in that exact moment! DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! They do not care about quality service or making mistakes right with customers!

Moved hot tub.Crew of 5 were on time funny and professional.Also Michelle on the phone was very kind communicated well and followed up.They really love up to their name and I highly recommend .
Couldn't give them enough stars! Had a last minute job that needed to be done and Marco & Dylan came out right away to help move furniture. Everyone from Melissa that took my call to the movers themselves were top notch professionals. The price came in lower than other movers for the same job and I couldn't be happier.
